Withdrawal via Kiosk

1. Users opt to withdraw $COBP via a kiosk.

2. The kiosk requests user authentication, and upon completion, users proceed with the $COBP withdrawal.

3. Users select the amount of $COBP to withdraw and complete the withdrawal process via the kiosk.
